Who controls your data

The controller is Manage Code Tecnologia, CNPJ 65.715.320/0001-73, based in Goiânia, GO, Brazil. It decides how the data sent through this website is processed.

For questions or requests about your data, write to contato@managecode.com.br.

What data we collect

We only collect what you tell us when you get in touch:

  • Contact form: name, company, WhatsApp number, e-mail, segment, team size, the description of your challenge and the interests you select.
  • Consent record: date, time and IP address of the submission, to prove that you agreed to this policy.
  • WhatsApp conversation: if you contact us through the button on the website, we receive your number and the messages you send. WhatsApp processes this data under its own policies.
  • Technical data: the hosting provider may log your IP address and browser information to keep the website running and secure.

What we use the data for

We use the data to:

  • Reply to your message and schedule the 30-minute conversation.
  • Understand your challenge and prepare the Diagnostic or the proposal.
  • Prove your consent.
  • Protect the website against spam, abuse and fraud.

We do not send newsletters or advertising using this data without your consent.

Legal bases

We process data under article 7 of the LGPD:

  • Consent (item I), when you submit the form and tick the consent box.
  • Preliminary steps related to a contract, at the request of the data subject (item V), to prepare the Diagnostic or the proposal.
  • Legitimate interest (item IX), for website security and the prevention of spam and abuse.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Hosting, infrastructure and tool providers we use to run the website and handle your message. They process the data on our behalf and under contract.
  • Authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

International transfers

Some providers may store or process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we look for providers that offer adequate safeguards, as required by article 33 of the LGPD.

How long we keep data

We keep the data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and, after that, for the period required by a legal obligation or for the regular exercise of rights. When that period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can ask at any time for:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.
  • Data portability.
  • Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
  • Information about who we share your data with.
  • Information about the option not to consent and the consequences of refusing.
  • Withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@managecode.com.br.

If the answer does not solve the issue, you can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss and alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need the data to serve you.

No system is completely free of failures. If an incident could cause relevant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the LGPD requires.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies.

We use Google Analytics, from Google, to measure how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they view. It only sets cookies and collects browsing data if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, nothing is measured.

You can change your mind at any time through "Cookie preferences" in the website footer. Measurement data may be processed outside Brazil, as described in the section on international transfers.
